Everything we do has a goal. Once a goal is clearly defined, everything that is necessary to reach or even surpass that goal can be derived. The continuous comparison of the goal to the effectiveness of the means used to reach it is the basis for our quality control. An objective and open evaluation of the results is the foundation upon which successful communication and cooperation rest. |
