Project description: A unique idea from sxces convinced their customer Electrolux to invest in effective employee communication during the quality offensive EQE (Electrolux Quality Excellence): The kick-off events of this quality offensive will take place on location at all 21 Electrolux European plants in a specially modified and equipped "EQE Truck". More than 10,000 production employees will take part in the events. The truck is the centerpiece of the event, but also the stage for the kick-off speeches on each event day. Afterwards, the employees will enter the truck in groups of no more than 40 at defined intervals for an "Awareness Session", which presents the concept and the framework of the perfect quality concept at Electrolux. A short film produced by sxces provides an emotional address in the form of a caricatured portrayal of quality issues for the customer's perspective. Then, a "Quality Quiz", featuring a remote voting system, is taken by all of participants in order to transport additional content and promote team spirit. After the Awareness Sessions in the truck, detailed workshops are held at various market stands set up at the production facility in order to give the desired messages a solid foundation.
