Project description: AIRBUS put on a family day at its plant in Hamburg for more than 100,000 visitors. In addition to various steering tasks within the project organization, sxces was also in charge of the Project Management Office. Across a number of organizational structures, sxces defined service spectra for external bidders, coordinated more than 3,000 aids and provided support to more than 20 departments to plan and realize the construction of stands and exhibits.
