Project description: Popular performing artists, the illuminated Brüder Church and 25,000 Euros in donations for children in need - those were the ingredients that went into making the StarCare Night 2009 in Kassel. For the fourth time, this event was planned and realized by sxces.
The climax of the evening was a performance by the internationally-known a capella group "Vocaldente". The five vocalists from Hannover sang classics such as "Let's misbehave" and hits like "A thousand miles". Not only guests donated to the cause: Three major contributions were made. The Gewinnsparverein of the Sparda-Bank donated 5,000 Euros, the FC Südring gave 8,000 Euros and the Daimler Sportgemeinschaft Stern contributed 4,000 Euros.
The money will go towards projects such as the StarCare Parents' House near the City Hospital in Kassel. There, parents can live near their children during longer treatment periods.
