CARIAD SE was founded in 2019 as an innovative software company for the VW Group. In addition to the typical challenges of building a 6,000-employee company, the focus quickly shifted to leading all the team members through an effective agile transformation.

As part of the internal agility@CARIAD program, SXCES supported this newly founded software subsidiary of the VW Group in the development and implementation of multiday team workshops at remarkable locations and developed accompanying communication measures and materials.

To achieve this, an ambitious timeframe of three months was set to deliver 2.5-day workshops for all teams of CARIDIANs. Suitable locations were identified in Munich and Berlin and transformed into the so-called Homes of Empowerment. With a unique furnishing concept, they offered up to eight workshop rooms for about 15–20 people, as well as common areas for informal conversations and joint activities.

To ensure that the number of attendees and locations were optimally coordinated, we handled all aspects of invitation management. This allowed us to keep things running smoothly at the venues.
