ITI
World Symposium 2024
Our services
Following the pandemic and a successful online symposium, the International Team for Implantology (ITI) welcomed more than 5,600 members and guests to the largest World Symposium in the ITI’s 40-year history.
This time, the who’s who of the dental and implant industry gathered in Singapore for a four-day event to discuss current issues, treatment methods, research findings and trends. The focus was on the lecture program in a plenum with almost 5,300 seats, a 54-metre-wide LED wall and a stage concept tailored to the program. In addition to several other, smaller lecture stages and workshop rooms, attendees were able to visit more than 30 exhibition booths from international companies, ranging in size up to 500 m2.
SXCES was responsible for the concept, overall planning and implementation of this large-scale event. In addition to detailed space planning for the exhibition and the development of areas such as lounges and catering zones, SXCES was also responsible for the creation of signage and branding guidelines, as well as the security concept. Furthermore, SXCES was responsible for the technical planning, permits and coordination of all trades. Special attention was paid to the outline of the stage program as well as to the content and show production. The event was managed on site by a team of 20 people, who filled all key positions from project management and technical management to directing and show crew. In addition, SXCES was responsible for the tax and contract law issues, as well as for hedging currency fluctuations, and handled them reliably and competently.
The innovative approach and the client’s confidence in SXCES’s execution made the event the most successful World Symposium in ITI’s history, impressively demonstrating the high standard of ITI’s events and setting new benchmarks. The combination of the innovative concept, detailed planning and perfect implementation resulted in an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. With this event, SXCES has once again proven that the team can successfully manage major international events.
